Does Northwestern Hospital use MyChart? ›

Access your Northwestern Medicine patient account with MyNM,* powered by MyChart. Follow a step-by-step guide to set up your MyNM account today on your computer or mobile device.

You can pick up records and images at certain Northwestern Medicine hospital locations Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions on pickup locations or the process, please call us at 877.973. 2673.

MyChart is EPIC's patient portal. MyChart is a secure means for patients to access parts of their health records through a web browser and cell-phone apps.

myChart is an easy-to-use secure website that gives you access to your health information. With myChart, you can view your medications, test results, health summary and immunizations, as well as access other services such as requesting prescription renewals and communicating with your care team.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

You may also go to Your Menu > Communication > Messages. Messages are organized into a few folders: Bookmarked - To bookmark a message, click into the message and click the "Bookmark" link at the top. You may find these messages in the Bookmark folder later.

If you have a valid email address on file with us, you will receive your username information in your email. It is not possible to reset your username.

If you would like additional assistance, please contact Patient Relations by calling 630.933. 5100. If you are not satisfied with the response from Patient Relations regarding your concern, you may file an appeal through the Northwestern Medicine grievance process.

Epic is the primary electronic medical record system utilized across the Northwestern Memorial HealthCare system. Epic includes MyChart, which is a secure portal where patients can view portions of their medical record, communicate with their providers, schedule appointments, among other things.

MyNM is the Northwestern Medicine online patient portal. You can find it at nm.org/mynm or through the MyNM® app. MyNM makes it easy to manage your health care.

MyChart (mobile app) and MyChartPLUS (web site) are secure and personalized online tools that provide you with instant access to all of your medical information. You can even access and manage information for family members.

Summa Western Reserve Hospital recently implemented its new electronic medical record (EMR) system called C.A.R.E. One (Connecting – Across – the Reserve – Electronically) to replace paper records and filing.
