Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use regular potatoes instead of hash browns?

Yes, you can use fresh potatoes, but you'll want to make sure that you cook them first. Then dice into small chunks, add to the casserole mix, and bake.

Do I have to thaw the hashbrowns?

Yes, thawing the hashbrowns will remove the excess moisture and allow them to get crispier when the casserole bakes.
